The Travel Fund is mainly targeted towards promising young athletes with a limited income, and athletes from low-income countries with a proven track record in past High Diving competitions.

When an application for the travel fund has been granted, and the athlete successfully participated in the competition, they will receive:

• travel cost compensation of CHF 200.00
• application fee waiver for the competition

To qualify for the Travel Fund, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be officially registered for the event 
• Not receive financial support for this event from sponsors, regional or national federations, or any other third party 
• Have a reliable competition record, with no missed events without a valid reason in the past two years 

This ensures the fund supports committed athletes who genuinely need financial assistance.

Apply through our Google form before the deadline ends. All applications will be reviewed by the Infinite Drop board members. All applicants will be notified about the decision by e-mail.

If more than five eligible applications are received, recipients will be selected by the Infinite Drop board based on the following criteria:

• Age – younger athletes are given priority 
• Travel distance – athletes traveling from further away are prioritized 
• Competition performance – based on results and track record in previous events 
• Purchasing power parity ratio (PPPr) – athletes from countries with lower PPPr (max. PPPr < 0.5) are prioritized 

This approach ensures the fund is distributed fairly, supporting athletes with the greatest need and potential impact.

Funds are transferred within four weeks post-event; athletes must compete or risk losing eligibility for two seasons.
